· Guests who purchase the Penalty Waiver have the added flexibility to cancel up until their scheduled time of departure. You are covered right up to the last minute before your scheduled boarding time!

Penalty Waiver allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.
The Penalty Waiver is designed to protect the customer in the event they need to cancel their vacation. The penalty waiver enables the customer to cancel for any reason, prior to airport check-in, without penalty (some scheduled air carrier penalties may apply -see below for details). A full refund will be provided less the cost of the Penalty Waiver. The Penalty Waiver also guarantees the Lowest Advertised Price! The Lowest Advertised Price is only available on Charter/Value Flight Vacations, not on Scheduled Air Vacations.

How to Purchase:

· The optional Penalty Waiver must be added to the reservation prior to payment. Payment for the Penalty Waiver must be made with deposit.

· The cost of the Penalty Waiver is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is covered under the Penalty Waiver:

· Any penalties associated with a Charter/Value flight air and hotel package, Charter/Value flight air only and hotel only package.

· The hotel portion of a scheduled air carrier and hotel package.
NOTE: The difference between a Charter/Value flight and a Scheduled Air Carrier:

1. Charter/Value flight - An airline that is contracted to fly nonstop from specific origin cities to specific destinations that fly on certain days of the week. Also included under Charter/Value flights is a special program on United Airlines to Mexico and the Caribbean if H class bulk airfare is purchased.
2. Scheduled Air Carrier - A major airline that normally flies daily with nonstop and connecting flights to many different destinations. Examples are: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, US Airways, etc.

What is not covered:

· Scheduled air carrier cancellation penalties. Most scheduled air carriers charge a cancel fee, ranging from $50 to $150, which are not covered by the Penalty Waiver. If a refundable airfare on a scheduled air carrier has been purchased, the refund will be the full package price less the cost of the Penalty Waiver and the air cancellation fee.

· Some scheduled air carriers offer published air fares or non-refundable bulk air fares. If you purchase a published or non-refundable fare type the cost of the airline ticket is non-refundable. These types of fares are not covered under the Penalty Waiver.
NOTE: You may be able to reuse a non-refundable airline ticket 365 days after date of issue along with a reticketing fee imposed by the airline. Reticketing fees and revision fees are not covered by the Penalty Waiver. Please call your travel agent or our reservations center at 1-800-558-3050 for more information.

· No shows or passengers denied boarding who have the Penalty Waiver will not be covered under the Penalty Waiver. You must call your travel agent or the reservation center at 1-800-558-3050 to cancel in order to request a refund less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.

· If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.
